Spółdzielnia Inwalidów „Elektron” has headquarter in Szydłowiec, Garbarska 9 street. Szydłowiec city is set in central Poland, about 130 km from Warsaw to the south. Our location is beneficial as it is located near one of the most important transit nodes along the national route E-77. We employ 96 people.

We are producer of windings to the engines of railway and tram traction. We produce rotor and stator coils and commutators. We offer also a wide range of railway, tram and trolley heaters. We also provide services of repair DC traction machines.

Almost 60 years of experience, high-qualified workers and used materials gurantee high quality of products. We do interoperational and final control and we give adequate quality certificates.

Area of our company is 11 599 m². We have 4 manufacturing halls and warehouse areas. We have specialized machine park which provides us with the implementation of the current production and implementation of new products.

Based on our knowledge, technical documentation, and many years of experience we create and design technical solutions. To draw up technical documentation we use AutoCAD, SolidWorks, as well as software for machining AlphaCAM.

We have a modern measuring and control equipment. We have facilities to voltage tests, insulation monitoring and measurement of dissipation factor and capacitance in the frequency range from 10 to 400 Hz. Control of our products takes place at a testing station with a voltage of 30 kV. We have control devices such as the Baker DS215 or HV Test System Type LDX-21.
